Artina Niknia is an Associate Attorney at Willy, Nanayakkara & Associates, where she focuses her practice on immigration law and immigration-related litigation. She is admitted to the State Bar of California.
Artina earned her LL.M. in U.S. Law from Washington University in St. Louis in 2021. She also holds a master’s degree in criminal law and criminology from the University of Tehran.
In addition, she has completed coursework in E-Court Systems, including electronic court systems and digital filings.
Before joining the firm, Artina worked as a Law Clerk and Legal Assistant at a private law firm in Tehran, where she assisted with legal research and document preparation.
She also owned and operated a fitness business in Katy, Texas, from 2021 to 2025, where she developed strong communication, leadership, and client-service skills.
Artina practices in the area of immigration law and immigration-related litigation. She speaks English and Farsi, allowing her to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of her legal practice, Artina enjoys competitive swimming and connecting with people from all walks of life.
