Mr. Willy is the Chair-Elect of the Mayor’s International Trade and Development Council for South Asia. He will take over as Chair on May 1, 2013.

He continued, “I also feel privileged to reintroduce Houston to an exploding Indian economy.”
Houston is the fourth-largest city in the United States. Houston’s economy has a broad industrial base in energy, manufacturing, aeronautics, and transportation. It is also leading in health care sectors and building oilfield equipment; only New York City is home to more Fortune 500 headquarters.
